Infinite Cooling’s mission is to mitigate water scarcity and reduce emissions around the world by making industrial cooling more efficient. Industrial cooling systems are the largest users of water after agriculture and major users of energy. We help industrial plants reduce their water consumption and energy usage by optimizing the operation of their cooling systems. We are looking for a self-starter who is a sharp, experienced and detail-oriented assembly technician to join our team and work on all aspects related to product assembly. Strong communication, flexibility, and the desire to “wear many hats” will all be essential skills for a successful applicant.

What you will do

  • Assemble mechanical systems in support of the WaterPanel™ product line

  • Assemble and wire electrical components in support of the TowerPulse™ product line

  • Use BOM’s, assembly drawings, and 3d models to build products

  • Manage inventory levels for all BOM components

  • Test electro-mechanical assemblies to ensure functionality per SOP’s

  • Maintain quality standards and strive to always improve the products

  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems on the production line

  • Document findings and recommendations to improve products and SOP’s

  • Create standard operating procedures for assembly and testing operations

  • Coordinate product packaging and shipping efforts

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in our Malden office Monday to Thursday 10 hours a day

  • Experience in mechanical or electrical assembly

  • Ability to keep shop and workspace clean and organized

  • Fully competent in MS Office suite

  • Must be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted

  • You approach all tasks with a safety-first mindset

  • Understanding of engineering and electrical documents

  • Ability to work independently or in small teams with minimal supervision

  • Ability to use shop tools (drills, saws, grinders, and welding equipment)

  • Experience performing testing or inspection of completed product

  • Experience operating a forklift
